Credits and refund policy
The service offers one-time credit packs and one free re-run for an unsatisfactory completed render. Confirm the final payment and refund terms for your launch market.
Credit packs
The available packs are one-time purchases: $9 for 30 credits, $29 for 120 credits and $79 for 360 credits. There is no recurring subscription. The current starter credit ledger expires credits after 365 days; decide whether to keep that rule for the public launch.
One free re-run for an unsatisfactory output
Each completed paid video includes one free re-run if the result is unsatisfactory. A re-run is attached to the original face-swap job and will not spend a second credit. Failed provider jobs are handled separately by restoring reserved credits in the job system.
Refunds and consumer rights
Unused-credit refunds, purchase cancellation windows, chargebacks, statutory withdrawal rights and taxes depend on the final business location and checkout setup. Those terms have not been supplied yet. They must be reviewed and published for the launch market; nothing on this page limits rights required by applicable law.
